Counselling has proven to improve mental and emotional well being. We are here to listen, to guide and help give you the confidence to address any negative behavioural patterns which are preventing you reaching your full potential. For some people it’s a feeling that something just isn’t right.
Please contact us by phone or email to make an appointment. We will respond to you within 24 hours and aim to arrange an appointment within 1-2 weeks.
What Will Happen During Our First Session?
Establishing a trusting relationship with your counsellor is extremely important. The introductory session gives you the opportunity to decide if this counsellor is suitable for you and you are able to work together. During this session we discuss what has brought you to counselling and provide you the opportunity to ask any questions you may have and decide if you wish to continue to work together.
If you decide to proceed, we will then establish an understanding of how we will work together during our sessions, in accordance with COSCA.
